Beachfront resort with superb sea views and sparkling pool. All 2-bedroomed units (4 to 6-bed) are well equipped with M-Net and 5 DSTV channels, safe, ceiling fans and patio braai. Some units have their own garden. Serviced daily except Sundays and public holidays. Secure resort with undercover parking and electronic gates.

Villa Del Sol is a unique, affordable, garden complex situated in a secluded part of Margate, yet within walking distance of the town centre.

Most of the 17 units have superb sea views, own garden, patio and braai area. The two bedroom units (4 to 6 bed) are fully equipped with a modern open plan kitchen and lounge, set in tranquil garden surroundings. TV (10 television channels) and M-Net is provided as well as linen and towels but bring your own beach towel. The units are serviced daily except Sundays and public holidays. Undercover parking is available for one car. The resort is fenced, with electronic security gates and a night watchman on duty every night of the week for your safety and to attend to late arrivals.

Villa Del Sol has a lovely pool with entertainment area and laundry.

Rates

Out of season: R300 – R345 for two persons for bookings not less than 7 (seven) days, or R400 for 4 persons and R90 per person for up to 5 or 6 persons. Special rates available on request, if any.

In season: Mid season, High Season, Peak Season or Top Peak Season: From R650 per night for four (4) persons, up to R1200 per night in Top Peak season, for bookings not less than 7 (seven) days.

Bookings less than 7 (seven) days are subject to weekend tariffs: Out of season: R345 per night for 2 persons, R395 for 3 persons, R485 for 4 persons, R555 for 5 persons and R685 for 6 persons.

Payment: 50% of the total booking amount to confirm your booking. The balance to be paid at least seven days before date of arrival if out of season, but in season to be paid in full at least 30 days before date of arrival.

Bookings for at least 2 nights.

Bookings placed less than seven days in advance of date of arrival, has to be paid in full on making the booking to confirm your reservation.
Other monies to pay: A once-off non-returnable administration fee of R285 (VAT included), a breakage deposit of R300 and R50 per day for a second motor vehicle, if parking is available (please arrange with our office before your arrival). Sauna and Laundry facilities available, subject to a fee (please get details from our office). Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Directions

From Durban Airport, take the N2 south. Follow the signs to Margate approximately 140kms from Durban. The main road throught Margate is Marine Drive. The resort is about 2,5km down the Marine Drive on the corner of Marine Drive and Finnis Road.
