What do our users think13.01.2010 by Varsha from South Africa - 1/5- Hi there Im sorry to say my stay at the Ellingham resort log cabin was not pleasurable. The service delivery was definitely not up to standard. We waited 2hours to get into our cabin. The aircon did not work, and after staying there for 5 nights and complaining everyday, it was still not fixed when we left. The maids that come to clean spend less than ten minutes cleaning a 6 bedroom cabin! The cabin itself was not clean. I do understand its a very moist area been on the beach and the high humidity, but thats no excuse for not been properly cleaned. There was mould build up on curtains and in the bathrooms. The ceiling fans had thick layers of dust, so when you switched it on, all that dust and dirt flew onto you and the bed.
