This beautiful resort is built on six floors, stepped back from the Manaba end of Margate Beach, affording every apartment a magnificent view across the gardens and over the beach and tumbling white breakers. Life-guards are on duty to protect bathers and there is a tidal pool built into the rocks along the coast for those who prefer a quiet dip. La Cote d'Azur is close to the charming shops and restaurants which abound in the Margate/Uvongo area, and is in within a few kms of places such as Oribi Gorge, the Southbroom Crocodile Farm, Pure Venom Snake Park and the Wild Coast Casino. For the golfer, the South Coast offers many beautiful courses, from San Lameer and Southbroom right up to Selborne.

The resort boasts a lovely swimming pool to laze around and enjoy the warm tropical weather. The kiosk sells beer, cider, cold drinks and sweets, etc. A massage therapist is on site to pander to guests looking for total relaxation and beauty treatments. Play Stations and games may be hired from Reception, along with gas braais. Guests are invited to make use of the shuttle service to Margate if they prefer to leave their vehicles at the resort. La Cote d'Azur offers 11 3-bedroom units sleeping a maximum of 8 guestseach, and 47 2-bedroom units, which can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests.

The units areelegantly furnished and fully equipped with all the necessities to makeyour holiday as comfortable as possible, including satellite television.The appliances in the fitted kitchensinclude a microwave oven, fridge and stove.

The 2 bedroom apartments have a queen sizebed in the main room, 2 single beds in the second room and a sleepercouch in the lounge. The 3 bedroom units offer aqueen size bed in the main room, 2 single beds in the second and thirdbedrooms and sleeper couches in the lounge. All units are serviced daily.

For the convenience ofguests, a laundry service is offered and, at a nominalcost, air-conditioning may be switched on in the units for those hot,steamy summer days.
