There are four beautiful bedrooms, all capable of being a single, twin or king bedded. All have air conditioning and fans for your comfort as well as hospitality trays, TV and DVD. Free Wireless internet connection available.
The modern bathrooms have large glass encased showers (2 rooms also have baths) and guest toiletries.
Our excellent breakfast comprises variations on fruit, muesli, yoghurt etc followed by a cooked breakfast to suit your requirements cooked fresh just for you (with herbs from our own garden, in season). It is served on the pool terrace with wonderful sea views.
Our elegant sitting room can be relaxed in whilst watching the large screen TV or reading one of our many books or magazines.
In the evening enjoy your pre-dinner drink at our well stocked friendly bar.
Our swimming pool is salt chlorinated and is heated in winter, so can be used all year round. Pool towels are provided.
For those of you who need to keep in touch with your business we have the added benefit of wireless internet connection.
Southbroom is renowned for its beautiful golf course and this is only 3 mins drive away. Other beautiful courses very close including San Lameer and the Wild Coast.
The Champagne Months of April to September, offer some of the best golfing weather, as well as the Sardine Run and the arrival of the whales from June onwards.

A stunning salt chlorinated pool, best for asthmatics – heated in Winter – never more than eight people around this one. Lit at night, in and around, so if you feel like a dip after dark, why not just do so – and enjoy it.
We provide a plentiful supply of loungers, chairs and towels from our Towel Tree – so you can help yourself to a beach towel when it's convenient to you. You're also right next door to the well stocked bar if you need some cooling refreshment.
Our comfortable lounge has a varied selection of reading matter to suit most tastes, from novels or magazines such as Get Away to books such as Canine Steps! (Come and stay to find out what that one is about. Alternatively my Great, Great Grand Father's diary as an undergraduate at Cambridge, 1860 – 61 or simply the humour of Gary Larsen and the Far Side cartoons. For your use, we also have a selection of DVD's, as well as cards and games.
