DescriptionThis ‘Grand Old Lady’ has been restored to her former glory, with beautiful furniture and comfortable beds.The décor features original Art and earthy colours. The five bedrooms, each with it’s own dedicated bathroom, sleeps between 2 and four persons. There is also a self-catering unit with bathroom and kitchenette. There is plenty of parking, even for the boat! Relax in the small ‘library’ with plenty of books or listen to good music Sit around the fireplace and just relax!. Play games in the dining/relaxation area or suntan next to the pool. Watch the sun rise over the ocean from the wooden deck or watch the whales and dolphins at play. We have a lovely garden with braai areas. We love our animals and we have cats (the old lady is now 19 years old!) and child-friendly cocker spaniels on site. We have plenty of birds in the area for the bird-watchers and we have exotic finches in aviaries. The house is a short walk from the sea and a few minutes drive from the main swimming beach. There is the crocodile farm just a few minutes away and nature/bird conservations close by. There are a number of golf courses in the area with the closest two blocks away. There are a variety of good restaurants and bubs in the area with major shops, including a woolies food close by. We have 5 beautifully decorated bedrooms, sleeping up to 13 people. Each bedroom has a dedicated bathroom. We also have two self-catering cottages sleeping 2 and 3 people. We are about 3 blocks from the sea and 1.3km from the main swimming beach. There is a wooden deck overlooking the ocean and a pool, all set in a beautiful garden. Come watch the whales and dolphins at play. Plenty of parking. approximately 7km from Alliwal Schoal, the world renowned diving site. Just one block from the Scottburgh Golf Course The bedroom have TV's and coffee/tea stations. All bedrooms are individualy decorated with ceiling fans and dedicated bathrooms. Relax in the dining area, or just listen to music or read a book in the library. Games are available. RatesOur tarriffs ranges depending on days of the week, peak periods - school holidays, etc and the size of the groups. DirectionsFrom the N2 South, take the Scottburgh offramp. and turn left towards the sea. At the T-junction, turn right. Continue across the bridge and ignore the first Scottburgh road to your left just after the bridge. Continue up the hill and turn left at the next road. You will see the hospital sign. Continue to the first stop street and turn right. We are in the next block on your left. Galway nr 50. There is a sign outside the gate. |
