DescriptionAnchorage B&B offers the following:Four double en-suite rooms, three of which can be converted into twin rooms. All rooms have SABC and E and also have DVD players with a large selection of DVD's to choose from. This B&B has spectacular sea views from each and every room where whale and Dolphin sightings are almost a daily occurrence. Inland views can also be taken in from the back of the house where the swimming pool/bar is situated. Bar fridge in all rooms. Evening meal available on request. Guests are required to bring their own beach towels. There is a restaurant at the Ifafa caravan park which is a 5min drive, and 10 min away is the popular "Tuckers" Bass fishing farm which also has restaurant and bar facilities. Opening soon is a 5-star restaurant at the Phefumula Conference Centre and Lodge (15min walk up Cowry Drive). Although the local beach does not have shark nets there is a number of beautiful protected beaches within close proximity. The local beach however offers excellent fishing and wonderful walks and is only 5 min down the road. If you are looking for a quiet and tranquil getaway this is the place to be.
