Theme:

The main house is rustic African thatch with unique rock effect features and high quality furnishings. The honeymoon suite and cottage are modern in design and style with an oriental flavor in the art works and the fixtures and fittings continue the rustic theme found in the main house.

Views:

The main house is ‘U’ shaped, providing privacy from the adjacent properties. The main area overlooks the pool deck and the subtropical forest. Due to the location of the main house on the lower slope of the property, and the number of large trees surrounding the plot, the pool area remains sheltered from most prevailing winds.

Property Description:

The home is plastered in an adobe effect with rock-effect features in the rooms, guest lounge and pool areas. A large heated rock pool is surrounded by wooden decking, provides a private haven for sun worshipers and nature lovers to relax, unwind and observe the numerous bird species, which visit the garden. All rooms have separate entrances from the ground floor via a deck.

The honeymoon suite has its own private entrance, from a spacious patio with views of the forest and valley. Ideal for a sundowner or intimate braai/barbeque.

The cottage braai area overlooks the garden. The cottage is equipped with a fully independent security system, linked to Chubb Security.

All access to the property is via a remote controlled electric gate. There is adequate parking for up to ten vehicles inside the property.
